Electrical Engineers

(Work assignments include: Electronic security, energy (resource) management, power generation and distribution, industrial controls systems and/or facility/systems commissioning).  Primary responsibility will be on-site support and observation of construction activities by other government contractors for quality control and compliance with plans and specifications and observation of all testing, commissioning, and initial operations of systems at DoD facilities, worldwide.  Detailed reporting of observations and recommendations will be required. Development/review of requirements, design guidance, design reviews, test procedures and reports will be required. Bachelor’s degree, in engineering, or a related field, from an accredited US university or college, with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience related to specific work assignment. Experience with Government and industry processes, procedures, standards, methodologies and tools relative to the assignment is desired. Department of Defense (DoD) experience is desired.  Candidate shall have or be able to obtain a DOD SECRET clearance. Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or other applicable certifications is preferred but not required. Position will require extensive travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Mechanical Engineers

(Work assignments include: HVAC, process control systems, alternative energy systems, industrial control systems and/or facility/systems commissioning). Primary responsibility will be on-site support and observation of construction activities by other government contractors for quality control and compliance with plans and specifications and observation of all testing, commissioning, and initial operations of systems at DoD facilities, worldwide. Detailed reporting of observations and recommendations will be required. Development/review of requirements, design guidance, design reviews, test procedures and reports will be required. Bachelor’s degree, in engineering, or a related field, from an accredited US university or college, with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience related to specific work assignment. Experience with Government and industry processes, procedures, standards, methodologies and tools relative to the assignment is desired. Department of Defense (DoD) experience is desired. Information Assurance Professionals 

(Work assignments include: RMF, DIACAP, C&A, IT system architecture, security test plans, risk assessments, testing and risk analysis, security risk and risk management, systems and applications-level security architecture and design).  Bachelor’s degree, from an accredited university or college with at least five (5) years’ experience related to specific assignment. Performs work in which the principles, theories and general body of knowledge of the job is required, specifically, Department of Defense (DoD) experience is desired.  Experience with Government and industry processes, procedures, standards, methodologies and tools relative to the assignment is desired. Candidate shall have or be able to obtain a DOD SECRET clearance. Professional Information Assurance certifications, such as CISSP, are required. Position will require extensive travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Senior Project Manager 

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning and executing the project. Prepares and maintains the project scope, schedule, and budget. Prepares and delivers status reports to the customer. The Senior PM serves as the primary point of contact for the customer. Oversees all work and takes corrective action as necessary to ensure project success. Manages staffing, budget, prioritization, and other personnel matters.  The Senior PM may serve as the technical lead for electronic security, energy (resource) management, power generation and distribution, industrial controls systems and/or facility/systems commissioning projects.  The Senior PM shall have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in engineering or in a related area (computer science, architecture, etc.) and shall have a PMP certification and/or other position related professional certifications.  Ten (10) years’ experience in the project management field is required, including relevant experience in the functional area of the project to be managed. The Senior PM should have experience with Government processes, procedures, standards, methodologies, or tools related to the assignment.   Candidate shall have or be able to obtain a DOD SECRET clearance. Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or other applicable certifications is required. Position will require extensive travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Project Manager (PM)

The Project Manager is responsible for planning and executing major portions of the project. Prepares and maintains the project scope, schedule, and budget. The PM serves as the project point of contact for the customer. Oversees all work and takes corrective action as necessary to ensure success of assigned tasks. Experience with Government or industry processes, procedures, standards, methodologies, or tools as relative to the assignment is desirable. The PM shall have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in engineering or in a related area (computer science, architecture, etc.) and a PMP certification and/or other position related professional certifications.  Five (5) years of experience in the project management field is required, including relevant experience in the functional area of the project to be managed (electronic security, energy (resource) management, power generation and distribution, industrial controls systems and/or facility/systems commissioning projects). Five (5) additional years of experience may be substituted for PMP certification. Candidate shall have or be able to obtain a DOD SECRET clearance. Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or other applicable certifications is preferred. Position will require extensive travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Fire Protection Engineer

The Fire Protection Engineer will represent the company with fire alarm system engineering products and solutions and the adherence to applicable codes. The FP Engineer provides Professional Engineering Stamp for fire alarm systems. The FP Engineer shall provide fire protection system for an aircraft hangar for Groups I, II, III, and IV per NFPA 409, Standard on Aircraft Hangars and U.S. Air Force ETL 02-15; fire suppression and fire alarm system evaluation and design; conduct site investigations, system acceptance testing and analyses of new and existing systems; design, bid document preparation, cost estimates and bid reviews; construction review, commissioning, contractor performance monitoring; conduct failure analysis and fire loss investigation; and be thoroughly knowledgeable of building codes and fire codes of  the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and the International Code Council (ICC).  The person proposed shall have ten (10) years of experience in the Fire Protection Engineering field, including five (5) years of experience in a management or supervisory capacity. The FP Engineer shall have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field, from an accredited US university or college.  A Professional Engineer certification is required. Position will require extensive travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations.  Detailed reporting of observations and recommendations will be required.

Fire Protection Technician

The FP Technician provides support services in the following areas: fire protection system for an aircraft hangar for Groups I, II, III, and IV per NFPA 409, Standard on Aircraft Hangars and U.S. Air Force ETL 02-15; fire suppression and fire alarm system evaluation and design; site investigations; system acceptance testing and analyses of new and existing systems; construction review and contractor performance monitoring; system commissioning; fire loss investigation; and must be knowledgeable of building codes and fire codes of  the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and the International Code Council (ICC).  The candidate should have a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience with Government or industry processes, procedures, standards, methodologies, or tools relative to the assignment.  High School diploma, plus technical training in the military or corporate environment is required.  Position will require extensive travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations.  Detailed reporting of observations and recommendations will be required.

Fuel System Quality Control Engineer

Primary responsibility will be on-site support and observation of construction activities by other government contractors for quality control and compliance with plans and specifications and observation of all testing, commissioning, and initial operations of fueling systems for DoD facilities, worldwide.  Development/review of requirements, design guidance, design reviews, test procedures and reports will be required.  The engineer will provide quality control inspections and observations of new construction, repairs, tests and operations.  The Fuel System Engineer must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the design, construction, testing and commissioning of fuel storage, transmission and dispensing systems with five years of experience in managing/reviewing construction activities.  Fuel systems will include a variety of petroleum products used by DoD including diesel, MOGAS, jet fuels, lubricants, etc.  Position will require extensive travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations.  Detailed reporting of observations and recommendations will be required.  Candidate shall have Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate engineering field (mechanical, petroleum, electrical, etc) from an accredited college or university.  An active professional registration is preferred.  Candidate shall have detailed knowledge of piping systems, control systems, corrosion protection, dispensing systems, anti-leak and environmental controls, aboveground and underground storage, system and component operations manuals, anti-terrorism, and access control requirements.  Knowledge of DOD Directive 4140.25, known as the Single Fuel Policy and AR 70-12, Fuels and Lubricants Standardization Policy for Equipment Design, Operation, and Logistics Support standards and the applicable ASTM, ASME standards is mandatory.

POL Technician

On-site support for Fuel System quality control services, CONUS or OCONUS.  The Fuel System Technician must have experience with DoD fuel systems in the design, construction, testing and commissioning of storage, transmission and dispensing systems.  Systems will include a variety of petroleum products used by DoD including diesel, MOGAS, jet fuels, lubricants, etc. Primary responsibility will be on-site observation of construction activities by other government contractors for quality control and compliance with plans and specifications and observation of all testing, commissioning, and initial operation of fueling systems for DoD facilities, worldwide.  The candidate should have a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience with Government or industry processes, procedures, standards, methodologies, or tools relative to the assignment.  High School diploma, plus technical training in the military or corporate environment is required. Position will require extensive travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations.  Detailed reporting of observations and recommendations will be required.

HEMP SME

The High-Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) subject matter expert (SME) must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the design, construction, testing and commissioning of HEMP facilities for the communication industry or weapons systems for DOD with five years of experience managing/reviewing design/construction activities of HEMP protected systems.  Primary responsibility will be support and observation of design/construction/testing activities by other government contractors for quality control and compliance with plans and specifications and observation of all testing, commissioning, and initial operations of HEMP protected systems for DoD facilities, worldwide.  Development/review of requirements, design guidance, design reviews, test procedures and reports will be required. The SME will provide quality control inspections and observations of designs, construction, repairs, tests and operations.  Position will require extensive travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations.  Detailed reporting of observations and recommendations will be required.  Candidate shall have Bachelor’s degree, Masters or Doctorate degree preferred, in an appropriate engineering field (mechanical, electrical, etc.) from an accredited college or university.  An active professional registration is preferred.  Candidate shall have detailed knowledge of communications systems, control systems, components and component operational requirements.  Candidate shall have or be able to obtain a DOD SECRET clearance.  Knowledge of the current edition of the following documents which provide DOD HEMP guidance is mandatory: 1) MIL-STD-188-125-1 High-Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) Protection for Ground-Based C4I Facilities, Part 1 – Fixed Facilities; 2) MIL-HDBK-423 High-Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) Protection for Fixed and Transportable Ground-based C4I Facilities,  Vol 1 – Fixed Facilities; 3) MIL-STD-188-125-2 High-Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) Protection for Ground-Based C4I Facilities, Part 2 – Transportable Facilities.
